The purpose of this training is to enhance the capacity of Head Teachers, AEOs, School Staff and School Council members for effective and efficient budget planning for their schools according to their need. This session will enable them in proper record keeping for audit purposes. The participants will be informed about budget making and implementation process at federal, provincial and district level. This will give them the opportunity to be part of the budget making process at any level.
