The target audience of the training is journalists(Print,electronic) mostly reporting during election campaign, The training is expected to participate by 30 to 35 journalist participants(both male & female) The contents of the training will cover following agenda points
General PEMRA2 rules for media during elections;
Legal & operational provisions of specific, if any,media regulations during elections and international best practices;
Media Environment and standard operating procedures;
The state of violations of regulations on Media during Elections;
Media Communication during Campaign and Elections’
Media’s role of Monitoring of Elections,particularly through a gender sensitive lens etc.
