To mark the significance of 28th Sep as “International Right to Know Day” a seminar is being organized by CPDI in Press Club Jhang. Guest speakers from civil society and public departments are invited to highlight the importance of the right to know as basic human right and how this law is beneficial for common men in resolving their basic issues. Members of CPDI’s DRTI group, Journalists, and people from different walks of life will attend the seminar. Appreciation awards will also be given to some active citizens on the best use of the right to information laws for resolving some local issues.
