Public participation is the key for the need based allocation and transparency in the budget making process. As per District and Tehsil Budget Rules, 2003, every district government has to conduct pre-budget consultation for the next year budget allocations. In this context CPDI in collaboration with its partner Sustainable Social Development Organization (SSDO) is organizing a Pre-Budget Consultation in Rawalpindi.
