Citizen Report Card is a research tool to collect the feedback of citizens (users of public services) to measure their satisfaction on quality and access to services provided by public departments. CPDI and SBRC conducted a citizen report card survey on water facilities available in district Swabi. 

To share the salient features of the CRC with media and citizens, CPDI and SBRC are jointly organizing a press briefing at SBRC Office Swabi.
