CPDI is arranging a conference on ‘Financial Devolution and Budget Making at district level’. This conference is being arranged under our project named ‘Budget Research and Advocacy for Democratic Accountability’, Supported by National Endowment for Democracy (NED). The conference goal is to provide stakeholders a platform to talk about and deliberate upon Provincial Finance Commission (PFC) award and possible ways and means to accomplish financial devolution to local governments. CPDI will also take this opportunity to share findings of, ‘Study of budget making process at district level in Punjab’
