CPDI has taken an initiative to arrange consultation with public information officers (PIO’s) to achieve following objectives:

To enhance the capacity of public information officers on The Punjab
Transparency and Right to Information Act 2013
To discuss implementation status of law with respect to proactive disclosure of information, maintenance and indexing of information and annual report of public bodies pertaining to RTI activities.
To canvas implementation challenges which hampers flow of information
To draw policy recommendations for effective implementation on law
