Project/Partner: Finance for Development/Oxfam
 

Centre for Peace and Development Initiatives (CPDI) and Oxfam in Pakistan are jointly implementing Finance for Development Project in Punjab. The project aims at people centered budgeting in Pakistan. CPDI believes that tax payers should be engaged to identify their needs and priorities before finalization of the budget document.

CPDI has arranged a consultative session with district government elected representatives and government officials of district Jhang to identify the priorities for budget making in Punjab.
