Protection Against Harassment of Women at the Workplace Act 2010

In order to implement “Protection against Harassment of Women at the Workplace Act. 2010”, CPDI has constituted an Inquiry Committee comprising the following Officers to enquire into the complaints received under this Act:-

2	Mr. Shahid Mehmood	Secretary
	(Manager Finance)
3	Ms. Sarah Sheikh	Member
	(Senior Finance Officer)

The Inquiry Committee shall submit its findings and recommendations to the Competent Authority within thirty days of the initiation of inquiry. If the Inquiry Committee finds the accused to be guilty it shall recommend to the Competent Authority for imposing one or more major and minor penalties under para 4(4) of this Act. For the purpose of this Act the Competent Authority will be the Executive Director of CPDI.
